The Business School is looking to appoint a Professor in Business Analytics, Big Data and Supply Chains to support its continued growth and expansion into new subject areas interconnected with the Centre of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. We welcome applications from dynamic and entrepreneurial scholars who combine academic leadership with research excellence and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration, developing a new portfolio of programmes, and delivering a world-class education and student experience. 

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and entrepreneurial scholar to lead the School’s growth and expansion into the area of business analytics, big data and supply chains. The successful candidate will demonstrate academic leadership by developing a portfolio of demand-driven programmes in this area, where possible in collaboration with other Schools in the University and/or overseas partners. They will also develop an impactful, income generating research agenda for the area, aligned to the School’s mission and vision, engaging business and other key stakeholders in the region, and leading to highly-rated research output in the discipline’s top journals as well as leading interdisciplinary journals. 

A highly competitive remuneration package will be available for exceptional candidates considered for appointment at the Professorial level.
