The University of Lincoln is looking to recruit a Researcher Development Coordinator. Based at Research and Enterprise, you will drive and oversee all academic research development activity at institutional level from postgraduate to senior academic level.
Main responsibilities of the job will include oversight and delivery of the action plans for the Doctoral School, the Lincoln Institute for Advanced Studies, and the Academic Research Development Programme, directed to academics at all levels in the institution. You will also be responsible for driving other researcher development activity at institutional level in support of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. Other core duties include financial management for the Research and Industrial Partnerships team.
Experience of delivering researcher development activity at University level is essential, together with the ability to develop effective working relationships and networks with a wide variety of internal/external partners. Experience of facilitating interdisciplinary research would be advantageous.
You will be the line manager of two research administrators across the Research and Industrial Partnerships team.
This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
