Maynooth University seeks to appoint a senior leader as Director of Capital Development to lead the development of the University campus and physical facilities, aligned with the Campus Masterplan.

Maynooth University, a place of research and learning for over 12,900 students and 950 staff, is the fastest growing University on the island of Ireland, with ambitious plans for the future of its campus.

The University goal is to provide a vibrant sustainable environment including a modern accessible campus which encourages participation in education, research and innovation; which promotes government, industry and community partnership; and which fosters engagement in culture, recreation and sports across the local and wider community. In order to effectively plan and strategically facilitate University growth and development, a Campus Master Plan was adopted in 2017 to guide the development of the campus through key initiatives.

Senior Administrative Officer II Salary Scale: €88,966 - €118,080 per annum (6 points)

Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.

*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
