This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Library Customer Services Supervisor Team responsible for coordinating delivery of accessible and inclusive front-line services to students and researchers across the University. As a Library Supervisor based within a zone of libraries you will work with colleagues to ensure that service levels are maintained to a high standard and as advertised. You will support the management of staff performance, recruitment and training.
We are seeking to appoint a candidate with some experience of first line management or of taking a lead within a defined area of responsibility or project, demonstrating excellent customer focus and a strong drive to motivate and lead teams. You will have knowledge and understanding of the challenges of delivering front-line services within a 24/7 library environment.
