The Department of Built Environment within the Faculty of Engineering & Technology seeks to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in the field of Real Estate. The role will require delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the Real Estate discipline including core subject areas such as valuation, real estate management and investment.

You will be expected to make broad contributions to the academic work of the Department of Built Environment. Significant contribution to the research activity of the department will be expected in collaboration with existing research colleagues in areas associated with Real Estate, Land and Property Management. In addition you will contribute to the development and delivery of outreach and engagement initiatives for construction and property professionals as well as interdisciplinary project areas. You are likely to have a background in Real Estate or property management.
