The Durham Research Methods Centre seeks to appoint a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in Quantitative Methods to consolidate its strength in applied health and social research. The successful candidate will work with academic colleagues at Durham University and the neighbouring universities, local NHS Trusts and Research Design Service-North East and North Cumbria (RDS-NENC) to advance application and development of statistical methods in applied social and health research. The successful candidates will also work with Doctoral Training Programmes hosted by Durham University and support postgraduate research students. He/she would also be expected to teach generic modules in quantitative methods to post graduate students and staff.

This role is fixed term for 36 months and part time (17.5 hours per week).
