We have a community of approximately 2,400 students and offer practical digital media and design courses from pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate to professional short course level. Based at the Greenwich Peninsula in an iconic building next to the O2, our ambition is to shape the creative leaders of the future, promoting in them an instinct for innovation that is cultivated from collaborative creativity.

We are now seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the new Director will help to shape and develop the University through the leadership of transformational organisational development and outstanding HR services. The new Director will also be responsible for embedding the values and behaviours envisioned in our new strategic plan across the University.

You will be a CIPD-qualified senior HR leader with experience of leading a full-service HR and OD function. You will be able to evidence a track record of implementing successful HR and OD strategies that have led to measurable improvements in performance and engagement. You will also have experience of embedding new HR systems and processes. A proven leader of cultural change, you will thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
