ASSISTANT DIRECTORSloan School of Management-MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP), to serve as a client specialist who manages MIT REAP’s active global regional team’s strategy development and execution.  Will work as part of a team on a wide range of projects and coordinate day-to-day activities relating to MIT REAP team strategy management, virtual phases of the program, onboarding new client teams, and events and faculty/team communications; regularly engage with program alumni and current teams to track progress and impact in order to share success stories and re-invest in new content for the program; coordinate all curriculum and content delivered throughout the two-year program and work directly with faculty; support the planning and execution of core programs and initiatives in support of the program’s mission; and support new initiatives related to other MIT students/participants and associated activities and events.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least four years’ demonstrated international academic experience; experience working with a team in academic program/project management and with faculty in higher education; strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency with MSOffice, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Asana, Slack, and HubSpot; and ability to learn new programs quickly.  Must be able to organize, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision; multitask and work with multiple stakeholders concurrently; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; learn quickly and follow processes effectively; improve current processes and design; and work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.  Familiarity with MIT and Sloan policies and procedures strongly preferred, as is a strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship development.  Job #17370-6
