Two full time permanent posts available

Applications are invited for the post of Human Resources Assistant based in the College’s Human Resources Department. The post holder will provide effective human resources support and administrative service in conjunction with the Human Resources Officers and Retention Manager and other members of the team. The post holder will deliver proactive day to day support to managers and staff on the full employee life cycle, advising on routine HR matters and processing transactional requests.

To be considered for this post you will need to demonstrate strong time management and communication skills and possess the ability to work well under pressure.

Significant experience of working in a similar role is essential together with strong IT skills. Experience of using an online recruitment system and electronic HR and Payroll System are required.
