The purpose of the role is to enable the increased capacity and performance of managers, teams and individuals through the procurement and project management or design and delivery of a range of learning and organisation development interventions, so that members of the University’s staff community can contribute effectively to the achievement of the University’s strategic aims and objectives. The post holder will be responsible for evaluating learning and organisation development initiatives to ensure that they are sector leading and deliver the required impact.

This is a full time and permanent role.
