The University is seeking to appoint a Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning, Teaching and Student Experience), who will play a vital leadership role in ensuring excellence in learning, teaching and student success. As a member of the University Executive Team, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor Learning, Teaching and Student Experience will be responsible for a range of strategic responsibilities relating to the enhancement of learning and teaching and the student experience. Importantly we seek a leader in this field who will support the transformation of our teaching portfolio to create programmes that will create industry relevant, multi-disciplinary programmes that prepare our students to be global change makers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an impressive combination of academic, leadership and interpersonal skills. You will have substantial experience of leading highly successful academic and/or professional service departments and cross-institutional strategic initiatives related to learning and teaching. Evidence of the application of in-depth knowledge of national and international policies relevant to higher education and ability to deliver high standards of learning, teaching and an enhanced student experience is a core requirement of the role.
