The role

Managing a team of 15 experienced professionals, you will deliver an integrated global recruitment strategy for all eight faculties that raises our profile and reputation with prospects and their direct influencers.

Reporting to the Director International, you will be highly motivated to achieve our ambitious international recruitment goals and lead the University's international marketing, recruitment and business development activities.

Who are we looking for?

  • You will be an experienced leader with international education experience and proven experience leading global recruitment and marketing strategies to meet growth targets
  • Be an accomplished relationship builder with the ability to manage a complex range of stakeholders including colleagues, international education partner institutions, education agencies, sponsors and government organisations
  • You will bring an energetic, proactive and professional approach with the ability to influence and build credibility
  • Results and details focused you will thrive on contributing to a data driven team
