Due to the continued expansion of the Centre for Ocean Energy Research, we are seeking administrative support to spearhead and streamline the administrative functions in the centre as well as provide some level of management support. The successful candidate will ideally be a self-starter and proactive in their approach to their job. Some level of flexibility with regard to the range of duties is expected, but this also provides the some opportunity for career development. While the post is part-time, some flexibility in the distribution of working hours may be required.

Senior Executive Assistant Salary Scale: 37,576 - 46,362 per annum pro rata (7 points)

Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.

*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
