The Role

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and grow alongside an experienced team of marketing and communications professionals. As part of our team, you will play an important role in planning, delivering and reporting on event, marketing and communication activities that drive student, alumni and external engagement, as well as raising our profile as a world-leading learning, teaching and research organisation.

You will also work closely and collaboratively with our schools and faculty professional services teams to develop and deliver engaging campaigns and communications for our many programs, events and outreach activities.

The Person

You will have a qualification(s) in a marketing or communications-related discipline, exceptional and diverse writing, interpersonal and event marketing skills, and demonstrated experience engaging with a range of stakeholders.

You will be proactive, creative and collaborative with demonstrated ability to engage (written, multimedia, interpersonal) diverse target audiences across a variety of mediums and channels. You will also have an appreciation of/enthusiasm for the University experience, and a desire to share the great work of the faculty with its current and future stakeholders.

Most importantly, you have a passion for learning and enjoy telling stories that showcase the global excellence, impact and relevance of the University and its people.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW Level 5/6. Exact level will be determined based on the successful applicant’s relevant qualifications and experience relevant to this role.

HEW 5 - the remuneration package will be in the range $67,708 to $75,506 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $79,101 to 88,342 p.a.).

HEW 6 - the remuneration package will be in the range $77,400 to $83,267 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $90,558 to $97,422 p.a.).
