UCB are seeking to appoint an accomplished professional with relevant industry experience to join our highly skilled team within the College of Food.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a range of programmes and should therefore possess the ability to teach a broad range of subjects, such as: Professional Cookery; Larder; Butchery; Food Safety; Competition Preparation. The ability to teach Pastry would also be an advantage.
In addition to the above, you will demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills, high levels of commitment and a student-centred approach which inspires and motivates.
The post-holder will be encouraged to enhance their own professional development and maintain currency of skills and knowledge through training activities and links with industry. You will also be supported to work towards a recognised teaching qualification, if not already held.
