The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to 2 years), Full Time
  • $84,118 to $91,957 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Wagga Wagga

Help deliver on initiatives from the Athena SWAN Action Plan 2018 by taking an active role in developing, coordinating and implementing equity and diversity programs within the Faculty of Science.

To be successful you will have:

  • Highly developed project management skills with experience in delivering project outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of equity and diversity principles
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to monitor and analyse data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Commitment to building strong professional relationships across Charles Sturt University
