The Role and Your Responsibilities

The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will conduct simplification analysis and process mapping to support the development of a renewed College service model, with a focus on student and academic administration services. You will work closely with the College and University stakeholders to define and align the College service model, enabling improved service delivery to students and staff.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in business analysis and project methodologies, and possess well-developed knowledge of business requirements gathering, analysis and process mapping techniques. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. Your ability to build and cultivate effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders will be critical to this role. Furthermore, you will have experience in developing and implementing process simplification/improvement solutions. Experience in the Vocational Education sector is desirable.
