At the same time, reducing energy consumption helps the University to reduce its environmental impact.

The Sustainability Officer (Energy and Infrastructure) will be responsible for providing a highly effective, efficient and customer-focussed Energy Management service to the University.

The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery, monitoring and reporting of the Carbon Management Plan, to support the University’s objective of being an environmentally responsible low-carbon institution and contribute to the promotion, development and implementation of sustainable and best practice energy and water management solutions across the estate to improve the University’s overall energy performance standard and reduction in its carbon footprint.

The Sustainability Officer (Energy and Infrastructure) will be responsible for providing a highly effective, efficient and customer-focussed Energy Management service to the University.
