Lincoln International Business School is looking for enthusiastic and versatile individuals for two Administrator roles. Both roles require someone comfortable with working with a wide range of stakeholders and able to work with a certain degree of independence when supporting non-traditional degree programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working independently to deliver complex administrative processes and have the ability to engage with partner organisations, and for the apprenticeships role make routine enquiries with employers. They will be able to use their initiative, work as part of a team, and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ability to spot opportunities for improvement and a collaborative manner are also crucial for this post.

Administrator – Apprenticeship Programmes

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to;

  • Processing application paperwork
  • Managing students on programme including engagement, portfolio building and professional body registrations
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Supporting partner colleges and ensuring all marks are entered and students are taken to the required boards

Administrator – Online Programmes

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to;

  • Course management; transfers, withdrawals & interruptions, marks input etc
  • Project management support; including organising meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Non-standard board and academic calendar support
  • Partnership liaison with HEP and support for associate lectures
