Technische Universität Dresden puts a personnel development concept into place, which is tailored according to the life cycle of its employees. It starts with personnel recruitment and ends with the staff’s retirement.
Based on the existing concepts, offers and measures at TU Dresden, the Personnel Development has set the following goals:
- The promotion of careers, potentials, further training and the work-life-balance of all staff;
- The creation of healthy and beneficial conditions for work, teaching and research;
- The creation and safeguarding of transparent structures and clearly defined responsibilities as well as the promotion of team-building and networking;
- The establishment of equal opportunities and the full integration of all staff.
