We wish to recruit a Quality Manager who will drive a quality approach to the conduct of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials conducted within KHP and to manage the KHP-CTO Quality Team which includes a team of clinical research associates (CRAs) and Administrators, and Clinical Trials Training Executives (CTTEs). The Quality Manager will work with the Director and the Commercial Trials Manager to ensure that the quality of clinical trials conducted across the partner institutions is assured.
The post holder will manage the formulation of the processes necessary to implement KHP-CTO policies, sponsor responsibilities, regulatory requirements and best practices pertaining to the conduct of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials across the partner institutions in order to maintain a position where the Partner Organisations and trial teams are working inspection ready.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract. This is a full-time post.
