Applications are invited for a Research Technician in the sensory organ research group led by Professor Andrea Streit at King’s College London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with strong interest in biomedical research and excellent molecular biology skills to join a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day laboratory management, training of junior team members and will provide molecular biology support for ongoing research projects including standard molecular techniques like cloning and PCR, preparing samples for next generation sequencing and developing new protocols. Expertise in in developmental biology, regeneration and repair will be of advantage.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 19 months

This is a fixed term, 100% FTE post, however part time options will be considered
