Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Medicine (Ref.: 511611), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)-related discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team. Previous clinical research experience will be preferable. The post provides a good opportunity for professional growth by close collaboration with the Research Lead as well as excellent practical experience in the fields of medicine and biotechnology. The appointee will perform clinical studies; be involved in subject contact and counselling; coordinate projects; manage and analyse data; liaise and collaborate with various parties; and perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
