Franklin University Switzerland (FUS) seeks applications for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor of International Management. The position is full-time, renewable and with a clear promotion ladder. The position begins in August 2022, pending funding.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. at the time of hire with specialization in Management. The individual will be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, in all areas of Management, including Sustainability Management, Non-profit Management, Arts Management, Family Business and/or Strategy. A normal course load is six courses per year (18 Carnegie credit units / 36-38 ECTS annually), including one course with an Academic Travel component.

Consistent with the mission of the University, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in both teaching and scholarship, have an active research agenda, and contribute to the Academic Travel program, a fundamental part of Franklin’s international, interdisciplinary, and intercultural curriculum. Ideally, candidates will be conversant in one of the official languages of Switzerland and have an established interest in interdisciplinary teaching. Experience in public or corporate administration is also a plus.
