In this role, the postholder will work as a lead member of the International Office’s senior management team. The successful candidate will lead on the development and implementation of the international recruitment strategy to ensure the university meets its international recruitment targets and support international engagement initiatives. 

You will be working directly with the Head of International Recruitment as well as working cross collaboratively with the Deputy Head of International Communications and Operations to implement strategies to support wider international recruitment objectives. As part of the role, you will also be required in managing five Regional Managers, and two Recruitment Officers to feed into the regional action and conversion strategies. 

The postholder will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience of managing high achieving team and have an excellent understanding of international recruitment practices across the Higher Education Sector.
