Job Description

• Awareness and knowledge of concepts and approaches of assessment in medical education
• Knowledge and experience with assessment systems preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
• Skills and experience in examining in context of medical education
• Analytical skills in program evaluation preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Leadership and management competencies including organizational abilities and supervision skills.

Minimum Qualification

• MBBS or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in one of the medical specialties
• Postgraduate degree/certificate in medical education or equivalent

Preferred Qualification

As Above

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience

• Consultant status or at least 3 years’ experience post specialty qualification
• Experience in management of postgraduate specialty programs
• Experience with assessment systems for postgraduate specialty education
