The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • $100,476 to $141,488 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

An opportunity exists to join our engineering discipline to deliver our innovative world-leading program focusing on integrated workplace, project and solutions focused learning and teaching, and impactful and relevant research.

To be successful in this role you will have proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a demonstrated commitment to upholding the Universitys values and enhancing the future of the Engineering profession.

The successful candidate will be appointed to a teaching research work function with an expectation to commence in January 2022 or by negotiation.

A generous relocation package may be offered to the successful candidate to assist with relocating to Bathurst to take up this job opportunity.

To be successful you will have:

  • A doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing
  • Industry or discipline knowledge in civil, geotechnical or structural engineering
  • Commitment to the delivery of high-quality student-centred learning and teaching
  • Ability to provide effective leadership in an academic setting
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the discipline gained through industry experience and/or scholarly activities or similar
