We have an ambitious new strategy to be the best modern University by 2030 and we are shaping the Finance Directorate to support those ambitious plans. The post holder will be leading a team of finance business partners through transformational change whilst partnering with the University to ensure its ongoing financial sustainability.

Reporting to the Assistant Finance Director, the interim Head of Finance Business Partners will be key in leading primary financial management processes and analysis. They will work with senior stakeholders to lead and deliver the annual budget, 5-year plan and forecasting processes with an excellent service delivery mindset. The successful candidate will be a first-class communicator, a collaborative influencer, inspirational and inclusive leader and motivated to deliver excellent service all the time.
