This role will build excellent relations with alumni and supporters. The Alumni and Development Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Alumni and Development function, specifically our online community (Ask Alumni) and as a first point of contact for alumni enquiries.

The role holder will work with the Digital Fundraising Manager to provide administrative support for a new crowdfunding platform. They will also work with other members of our team to prepare and send e-communications to our alumni community.

You should have a proven experience of providing excellent customer service. They must also demonstrate confident and critical use of information and digital technologies.
