Job Description

  • Co-ordinating and implementing strategies for maximizing panel retention.
  • Hiring, training and supervision of student assistants and managing rostering and scheduling in the call centre, and appointments with respondents.
  • Tracking and reporting of calls made / received and comments received.
  • Maintenance of respondent database and monitoring of response rates.
  • Attending to email and all issues arising with respondents, including tracking of payment vouchers.
  • Liasing with vendors for operational matters.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
  • Experience with managing students preferred.
  • Highly organized, and keen eye for details.
  • Good understanding of databases.
  • Experience working in a call centre environment would be advantageous.
