Job Description
- Co-ordinating and implementing strategies for maximizing panel retention.
- Hiring, training and supervision of student assistants and managing rostering and scheduling in the call centre, and appointments with respondents.
- Tracking and reporting of calls made / received and comments received.
- Maintenance of respondent database and monitoring of response rates.
- Attending to email and all issues arising with respondents, including tracking of payment vouchers.
- Liasing with vendors for operational matters.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- Experience with managing students preferred.
- Highly organized, and keen eye for details.
- Good understanding of databases.
- Experience working in a call centre environment would be advantageous.
