Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Aspire Post-CSCST Fellowship in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care within UCD School of Medicine.

The HSE Aspire Fellowships are prestigious awards providing training opportunities immediately following CSCST, designed to deliver the requirements of clinical leadership in the discipline which are not readily available within structured training programmes. The aim of the Fellowship is to develop leadership capability within Ireland in the discipline at clinical, systems, planning and evaluation levels. Participants will develop skills and knowledge to enable them to provide both clinical leadership and systems development in the future.

The UCD CEMS Fellowship in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care covers the following areas: * Delivery of pre-hospital clinical care * Core discipline (GP, EM or other relevant) clinical care * Research project design and delivery * Interdisciplinary working in training, research and clinical care * Systems design and leadership The Aspire Fellow has a unique opportunity to acquire clinical, research and professional skillsets and to contribute to the design and development of key Irish health service initiatives. This post is designed to recruit and retain talent to become the next generation of clinical leaders in healthcare in Ireland. The Fellowship is supported by the Irish College of General Practitioners.

Fixed Salary €80,538 per annum (this aligns to the SpR salary at the highest point of scale and headcount for the duration of the fellowship)

Closing date: 17:00hrs (local Irish time) on the 24th of September 2021.
