The role & key responsibilities

The Associate Lecturer/Lecturer, Digital Business is expected to contribute to the teaching of the University, in Digital Business discipline related to their field of expertise at Saigon South campus including:

• Teaching Digital Business area covering disciplines such as Digital Transformation, Digital Start-ups, Digital Marketing, and Digital Business Development, including: designing, conducting, and moderating assessments
• Professional activities, scholarship appropriate to the profession or discipline.
• Work collaboratively and collegially with fellow academics within the teaching team
• Update colleagues and students on developments in their subject area or specialisation

Key selection criteria

• For lecturer level, PhD in Economics or equivalent relevant Doctoral qualification.
• For Associate Lecturer level, Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Relevant teaching experience in a University environment.
• Have a strong teaching profile in various fields of Digital Business.
• Strong team player with an inclusive and collaborative approach.

• English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent), no each band score less than 6.5.
