  • Salary range: Level 5; $72,531 - $80,391 p.a. plus 17% superannuation

About the team

The Global Learning Office is responsible for operationalising the University’s strategic goals in student mobility. It manages inbound and outbound student exchange, study abroad, and short-term student mobility opportunities, through maintaining relationships with partner universities and collaborating with schools to promote opportunities for students to have an overseas study experience

About the opportunity

You will assist in the administration of and be a key contact for enquiries related to inbound and outbound Student Exchange and Study Abroad (SESA) with responsibility for a particular portfolio. You will also be expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge base about study opportunities, financial obligations, admission processes, support services, and participate in promotional and student engagement activities related to SESA.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills including work processing, spread-sheets, databases, internet and email
  • Highly developed written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with staff at different levels and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
