The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning Futures), collaboratively leads university-wide learning transformation initiatives, and partners with other Portfolios and with the University's Schools to enable and support their strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of curriculum design and delivery in contemporary technology-rich learning environments.

The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning Futures is seeking to appoint two highly motivated and enthusiastic 21C Transforming Teaching Project Support Officers.

Working as a member of the 21C Project team, the primary purpose of the 21C Transforming Teaching Project Support Officer is to support the work of the Transforming Teaching Champion.  This includes being engaged in the coordination and support of various activities arising from the delivery of a university-wide project, including drafting correspondence, workflows, meeting management (including minute taking) and the development and management of various documentation to support the achievement of outcomes (including non-routine correspondence, project scope and project management).

To be successful in the role, applicants will have demonstrated organisational, administrative and time management skills with the proven ability to research issues and undertake projects, high-level written communication skills, including the ability to draft management reports. The applicants must have highly developed oral and interpersonal skills to influence, consult and negotiate effectively with a range of people and organisations.

The positions are based at the Penrith campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $98,696 to $105,828 p.a. (comprising Salary of $83,399 to $89,426 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
