The Role

  • Fixed Term (Up to September 2022), Part Time - 28 hours per week
  • $63,240 to $68,436 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst (other campus locations may be considered)

As the Training and Communications Officer, you will be responsible for designing high quality training through the analysis of client support requests to identify and effectively address client training needs. In addition, you will lead in developing, distributing and maintaining professional and effective communications to promote the value of the Division and its services provided to stakeholders.

Your communication and attention to detail skills as well as your self-motivation and enjoyment in delivering, leading and making an impact as part of our team are the key to your success in this role.

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with highly developed presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Capacity to organise and translate technical information into understandable content for everyday people across a variety of formats
  • Demonstrated ability to apply organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and schedule training and communication pieces
