About the position
The Bond University Medical, Psychological and Disability Services team is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team. Reporting to the Director – Student Success and Wellbeing, this key customer service focused position will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Medical Centre. This role will handle all enquiries, manage appointments and referrals and ensure accurate and up to date data is maintained for all clients.
About the person:
The successful incumbent will have strong experience in a previous medical reception/ administrative position. You will have outstanding customer service skills and thrive on delivering an exceptional student and staff experience in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be an efficient administrator who can effectively manage your workload and conflicting priorities, operate medical software programs (preferably GENIE), demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have well developed written and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and initiative along with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students is essential for success in this role. Demonstrated experience maintaining the highest level of discretion, confidentiality and tact is essential, as is the ability to remain professional when handling sensitive information.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $58, 990 plus 17.5% superannuation per annum.
