This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of a dynamic team managing the University of Southampton’s land & buildings. You will contribute to and assist in improving the performance of the University’s estate, by researching, analysing and presenting information and data to support the various activities of the Department.

As the primary point of contact for the Estate Planning and Management team, you will be required to keep the University’s property database accurate and up to date at all times. In addition you will spot trends and exceptions in numerical data and compile and analyse a variety of data to support the development of KPIs and management reports.  You need to be able to swiftly build positive working relationships both within the University and externally. 

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, personable and a confident administrator, with good MS Office (especially Excel) skills. Strong attention to detail is essential, as is experience of database management.
