Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 504694), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree and a strong background in epidemiology, statistics, public health, and/or programming.  They should have excellent communication skills, experience in knowledge sharing, a good record of research output, and the ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.  Preference will be given to those with experience in big data research.

The appointee will join a vibrant research team led by Dr. C.L. Cheung to work on projects related to big data and/or precision medicine research of osteoporosis and cancer.   Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to Dr. C.L. Cheung at lung1212@hku.hk.
