The School has excellent relationships with a range of local, regional and national stakeholder’s integral to the development of the health and social care education agenda, and the provision of a highly skilled workforce. 

We are looking for a passionate individual to drive innovation and growth in the use of digital technologies in the development and delivery of our health and social care educational portfolio. The Associate Professor (Principal Lecturer equivalent) post holder will join the school leadership team and will work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to facilitate the creative design, delivery and evaluation of educational programmes that embed technological and educational innovations that enhance learning experiences, improve the accessibility of learning and equip our graduates to become future leaders of the digital transformation of health & social care provision.

Are you the right candidate for this role?

• Do you have experience of educational technological innovations in health and social care education and can demonstrate strong leadership, facilitatory and motivational skills? 
• Do you have the communication skills to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively develop and implement a school digital innovation strategy which will meet the school and university objectives?
• Do you have the skills and experience of identifying opportunities and ways to innovate, and are able to evaluate and disseminate the effectiveness and impact of the innovations?
• Are you dynamic, adaptable and a team player who can work across professional and portfolio boundaries and has a passion for education and health and social care workforce development?
