To achieve this ambition, the University is seeking an exceptional individual to lead our marketing communications strategy and operations and to inspire our talented team of internal and external marketing communications professionals. 

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Recruitment, the Associate Director (Marketing Communications) will play a pivotal role in the future strategic, reputational, and financial success of the university, focusing on the delivery of the highest standards of marketing communications and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable experience of developing and implementing global marketing strategies within a large and complex organisation, senior level experience of youth marketing and working with BAME communities and a proven track record in delivering marketing impact upon growth. They will also have excellent leadership, management and influencing skills and the highest levels of cultural competency.
