Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant in the Department of Psychology

This post seeks a researcher with a background in experimental psychology or neuroscience who will assist a project investigating how people learn from and process evidence when they make decisions. The project will combine electroencephalography (EEG), behavioural research methods and computational modelling.  The project will be carried out under supervision of Dr Nicholas Furl.

The successful candidate will have at least an undergraduate degree in psychology, neuroscience or a related field with some research experience collecting EEG data from human participants. Some experience at post-graduate level desirable. Desired additional traits include programming experience (e.g., MATLAB) and knowledge of scientific literature in decision making. Responsibilities will include design, data collection and analysis of EEG studies.

This is a full time post available from 1st July or as soon as possible thereafter for a fixed term period of up to 9 months. The post is based in Egham, Surrey/Bedford Square, London where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
