Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 504310), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related discipline, with a strong background in infectious disease epidemiology, surveillance and control. They should have experience in knowledge sharing, a good record of research output, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team. Relevant research experience in statistical or mathematical analysis of infectious disease dynamics would be desirable.  The appointee will conduct independent research, work with a research team to forecast future levels of influenza and COVID-19 in the community, and perform other duties as assigned.
