About the role

Recent review and enhancement of our strategic direction has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director to lead and manage the Curriculum Transformation ensuring our academic staff across the University are able to offer a world class curriculum. This role is critical in supporting the five Colleges across the University, planning for changes to curriculum, designing curriculum that supports student success and leading a strong team of education experts to deliver a quality service.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of key pedagogical and curriculum theories, approaches and models that support academic success of students
  • A strong background in education at the tertiary level and an advanced understanding of the interface between pedagogy and technology in the design and delivery of blended, online and face to face education
  • Ability to see the big picture whilst fostering a culture of continuous innovation with a collaborative approach that will enable strong relationships to be built with the five Colleges
  • Proven success in leading change through the implementation of new systems, models and procedures and the ability to bring people along on the journey
