About the role

The MGSE is currently seeking a well organised individual to fill the requirements of a part-time Academic Programs Officer (Teaching) who will provide specialist course administration support programs at the MGSE. Working 2 days a week, the role will help to ensure MGSE staff and students are supported in the delivery of MGSE coursework subjects through effective administration of results, student surveys, and casual staff contracting. The role also provides support in the administration of specialist coursework subjects such as those including travel or off-site learning experiences.

  • Have experience and confidence working in a diverse and fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrate excellent use of discretion, initiative and independent judgement;
  • Be a team player who works collegiately; and
  • Be able to effectively manage relationships with academic staff and students.
