An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position at the University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS) as an Audiologist/Clinical Scientist (Audiology).  

USAIS is situated at the University of Southampton Highfield Campus and provides a regional service for severely and profoundly deaf adults and children. 

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will assess and manage severely and profoundly deaf patients of all ages.  You will be supporting patients pre and post implant (CI and BCHI). Attendance at conferences and training courses is encouraged and supported for continuing professional development.

It is essential you have a Certificate of Audiological Competence or equivalent, and be experienced in all areas of audiology.   You will be registered with HCPC or RCCP or be working towards registration. You will required an enhanced DBS for this role.
