Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Surgery (Ref.: 503997), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with a strong background in one of the following areas: (a) bioinformatics or artificial intelligence with the experience in biomedical research, or (b) non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)/ non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or (c) transplant immunology.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. The appointee will work under the Theme-based Research Scheme (TRS) for projects on liver transplantation and liver diseases.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
