Applications are invited for a 1 year post of a Research Assistant within UCD School of Medicine. A full-time research assistant is required to participate in an ongoing multi-disciplinary research study examining the effects of probiotics on maternal health during pregnancy at UCD Perinatal Research Centre. Tasks will include scheduling patients for visits, performing study visits, processing and analysing clinical samples; collating and entering data for the study; and assisting with other tasks as required. The research programme is based at The National Maternity Hospital and University College Dublin. The research will be supervised by Prof. Fionnuala McAuliffe, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, and principal investigator for the research programme.

Salary: €23,061 - €29,392 per annum Appointment on the above range will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
