Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 503851), to commence as soon as possible for two or three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with a strong background in infectious disease epidemiology and public health. They should have excellent communication skills, experience in knowledge sharing, a strong record of research output, and the ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team. Experience in infectious disease and COVID-19 research, and knowledge of project management are highly desirable. The appointee will work in a research team focusing on the epidemiology and superspreading of COVID-19.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
