The student residential experience was recognised in 2015 as a critical element of student life at the University of Lincoln and the University embarked on a transformational change programme, moving from 1000 directly controlled Purpose Built Student Accommodation bed spaces to circa 2700 currently, with construction ongoing to increase beds to 4400+ by 2022. Due to this growth we are now recruiting to a number of crucial operational roles.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation and Sales Marketing Manager to support us as we grow our portfolio of owned and managed accommodation. The role will allow for planning a range of events from Open Days to supporting Welcome Weekends, ensuring our current and prospective customers are engaged and the event is appropriately marketed. Alongside this there are responsibilities that include managing our on line and off line communications and ensuring our social media presence is engaging and informative.
