The role 

This is a unique opportunity to join the Routes to Work team and work directly in support of the Senior Management Team. We seek an outstanding graduate with a relevant degree in Business Management or Social Science and experience of undertaking primary and secondary research. A key output of the KTP is an Evaluation Framework for Employability interventions so the successful candidate will ideally have experience of undertaking evaluation and/or working in the employability field.  This work will also underpin organisational development and growth and will involve marketing and promotion.   In addition, the post holder will bring to the team excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating internally and externally to share expertise.
